Review summary

The alaskian cruise was well planned. The Norwegian bliss is a ship with so much to offer. I think more time at each port would improve the experience.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Embankment was easy and stress free if you complete your boarding pass docs and ArriveCan doc. So many passengers did not complete everything and found themselves in long lines.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The menu was outstanding where ever you chose to dine ! I did find desert Menu's were limited.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We enjoyed relaxing on the lido deck and seeing movies on the big screen or listening to dj music while sipping on our favorite beverage.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Broadway shows were great. I especially liked being able to make reservations for the shows.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Very friendly staff!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was always very clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The stateroom was very comfortable. Having a balcony was a definite plus.

Ship tip

Make your speciality dining reservations on your first days. Waiting to long will disappoint you.

Ports of call

Seattle, Washington

We took the tour of the city with drop off at the airport. A stop at the space needle and pikes market place and tour of city. A perfect end to our vacation.

Sitka, Alaska

Nice port. We took the rapture rescue center and nature hike though the temperate forest.

Juneau, Alaska

Did not have time to see the port. We decided to see the 2 glaciers. Awsome tours.

CRUISE ENDICOTT ARM & DAWES GLACIER

5 out of 5
We boarded a smaller Vessel to see the dawn Glazier up and Personal. A must tour !

Icy Strait Point (Hoonah), Alaska

Nothing there! The gondola ride was nice.

KETCHIKAN (WARD COVE), ALASKA

4 out of 5
We didn't get to see the port. Time there was to short. The harbor cruise we chose was good but it left no time to visit the port. Fortunately the cruise line had a nice big store on the dock to buy souvenirs at reasonable prices.

Victoria, British Columbia

Our ship docked there at 7pm. It was too late to go on shore. Very diappointing!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very easy. Placing your luggage outside your door the night before made disembarking a breeze! Finding it at the cruise terminal was fast and stress free@
