The process to get in terminal was great, but ended up sitting in a big crowded room. When they start to call boarding numbers it was crazy. Everyone rushed to get on, you could not hear what numbers were been called.

Food and drinks were awesome as usual for NCL.

Service and Staff

Everywhere was good, except food republic. From checking in, to ordering food and delivery of the food was a nightmare. They could not count the number of people in our party, when ordering food their tablets did not work and they could not get the right food delivered to the right persons.

Ship tip

Check the itinerary, short time in ports and their app does not get updated. Also be warned do not order room service for the morning you leave. We had $85 credit left and they still billed us for the room service. They said they closed the account at midnight. So we lost the $85 and had to pay 12:95 for room service plus tip.

Makes me wonder if the ship ever makes it to the Endicott Glacier. I went in 2016 and a month ago. Both times they could not make it. Next time I am going to Glacier Bay.

Alaska cruise
Just ok, it rain everyday. The wilderness environment is not for me.
This was at best a very marginal cruise and for all purposes a cruise that we did not really enjoy.
