Horrible service, Horrible staff. K y family felt racially profiled. And cruised only promised me things I did not get and spent $$$$$$ out of pocket

Would have been better if I wS Givin the "all free at sea" I was promised by cruise only....which is why I booked in the first place, was Givin to me. I had to pay for all drinks.

Having no cruises listed doesn't really mean anything. The user likely just created the account and didn't have the time to add past or current cruises. It doesn't mean the account or review is fake.

Thanks for the review. I know users don't reply to comments on their reviews,but at least you enjoy Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta. It would have been nice if you'd clarify the racial profiling. Are you Black, Brown, or Olive skinned? With cruises coming from North America being disproportionately Caucasian, as a Black Man, I can understand how that can make feel in certain situations. I guess now, at my age, I just find racism amusing for the most part- unless it gets violent. Peace.
