Review summary

Beware that if you book using the buy one get one airfare promotion, they will book a terrible flight for you and tell you they can't adjust it, it's just part of the promotion. Be prepared to sit in airports for MANY hours. I'm a long time Norwegian customer but not anymore after this experience.

I get it, I've had bad experiences booking flights through the cruise lines...it happens. Next time book your own flight and get in to the port the day before. As far as the ship goes, I had a horrible experience on her too,so I get it...and mine was NOT related to airfare.

Have NCL bogo air to Amsterdam. Can you please let me know what happened other than long delays. Still have time to change.

Did you get poor service from staff? Not like any of the entertainment? No good food? We’re there any positive aspects related to your cruise?

Sorry this didn’t go as expected.

So there was nothing good about all of those beautiful ports of call? Hard to believe a bad flight schedule ruined a whole cruise. I suggest you book your own flights from here on out and not punish what I'm sure was a beautiful cruise in Alaska.

Could you please reconsider redoing your review just on the cruise?

What do the flights have to do with the cruise and the ports? Apparently you let a bad flight schedule ruin what should have been a wonderful vacation. We booked air through a cruise line once and had a 10 hour layover and overnight flight and chose to always book our own airfare after that. In other words, you get what you pay for.

I get it, the air sucked, but why punish the ship's rating with all 1 stars for things that have nothing to do with anything you would have done onboard?
