Review summary

This was a nice cruise, really a once in a lifetime trip. No need to go back. All our friends enjoyed and made new friends. Scenery was incredible. Ships services not so much.

food was ok to average, la cucina was poor.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Six was OK. Jersey Boys average. Prohibition was quite good.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
room steward was awful for several of us - there were about 15 in our group. The Haven was terrible service.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
the go karts are a waste of space. It was TOO hot inside.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
was a spa room. It was OK, decent size, small balcony, terrible room steward.

Ports of call

Seattle, Washington

2 out of 5
Did not care for Seattle, got there a couple days before sailing.

Juneau, Alaska

4 out of 5
Did a nice excursion where we got a tour and a hike.

Skagway, Alaska

4 out of 5
Got to see the Glacier and a bit of a hike and tour.

Cruise Glacier Bay

5 out of 5
stunning scenery. Great to watch from our balcony

Ketchikan, Alaska Did not visit port

due to bad weather this port was cancelled

Victoria, British Columbia Did not visit port

it was raining and we had a 4 hour stop over in the later evening. What a waste of a port when there was really nothing open that you could do.

Disembarkation

I very much disagree! We loved the go carts! The laser tag was extremely fun! We went 4 times! Loved all of the shows! I guess to each their own but we had a blast!

Victoria British Columbia does NOT close down- they know ships are coming and want our business! While it may be a short stop for some- it still has things to do! And Alaska could be a great place to cruise to more than once!

Good, honest feedback about what I can expect next year.
