Overall our family had a great time. We saw lots of whales, and cruising through the inland passage is breathtaking. A must-do is to find an area in the observation room, and camp. (Especially if the weather is inclement) With Food stations and Bars, spread throughout, you can just relax and enjoy the views in the comfy furniture. Bring binoculars!

Easy, fast. Although 1 piece of our luggage was missing until 11:00 p.m.

Food and Dining

The convenience of getting food anytime was great, but it was pretty blah, despite having numerous choices. Specialty restaurants were so-so. Spend money and eat at the ports restaurants. We had some fabulous meals in each of the towns we visited.
Onboard Activities

Things to do for young children are pretty limited. Too cold for the pools, had reservations for go-carts and laser tag, but due to drizzly rain, they were cancelled. FYI, bring lots of activities if traveling with young kids. For adults, The Beatles Show and Jersey Boys were a hit. Although we had a great massage, paying the extra $250. to use the “spa area” was a waste of $$. And don’t expect to win in the casino.

With the exception of one rude man trying to sell us a ridiculous arcade game package, everyone else was great, especially my room steward.
Ship Quality

A big ship that takes awhile to get your bearings, but it’s big enough that you don’t feel you are with 4000 people. The elevators, can be crowded at “peak” times, but was not an issue. The ship is maintained and kept pretty clean, until your last day. My biggest complaint of this trip, was that my stateroom and bedding smelled like someone’s sweaty gym socks. Next time I will bring my own pillow.
Cabin / Stateroom

The size and comfort of the mini balcony suite was great. Lots of storage. Loved having coffee or glass of wine on the mini deck and savoring the views. But the smell of someone’s sweat on the bedding was horrible.
