Review summary

Norwegian needs some QA/QC. Not sure if Norwegian will be our cruise line in the future. . Did a survey for them, no response yet. They are already trying to solicit another cruis.

Food and Dining

Fair to good. Even with dining package you have to pay extra for some entrees. Service staff was unorganized, couldn’t bring tea with milk after 8 requests from 6 people. Some food was cold and under cooked. Bartenders were terrible. Not customer focused.

Onboard Activities

Spa, all they focused on was the extra sell. Need to focus on customer’s needs. Wife got an expensive mani/pedi that terrible. Polish only lasted a couple of days.
