Nanda, Ipung, Estra and Robbie. Your hard work was always appreciated! These staff continuously made us feel welcome and appreciated. I don't think this all came from training. I think it comes from within each employee that has face time with the guests on board. What wonderful people to represent Holland America Cruise Line.

We have some memorable staff. Nanda and Ipung were our two stewards. What wonderful hard workers. They always were smiling and would yell "Good Morning, Mr. Kevin!" even from 30 feet away. It was impossible to not smile back and feel their energy!
The other memorable staff were Estra and Robbie who served our tables every night in the Dining Hall. These men worked late in the dining hall, slept for three hours, then were up bright and early to serve in the Lido buffet dining. They would recognize us and be smiley and energetic always! Zero problems with staff and was thoroughly impressed with everyone who served the passangers.

Very clean and easy to understand the layout of the ship. Frequently saw crews cleaning and wiping down handrails and common areas to disinfect and make them shine.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was very nice and perfect size. Perfect. The shower drained slow but one mention to Nanda, the steward, got that fixed right away. Couldn't be more impressed.
Ship tip
Enjoy it! Avoid the buffet and schedule the dining hall to eat. No additional cost, quieter, and fewer people with great service.
