Review summary

Overall, the organization of the whole cruise + land was excellent. Luggage was handled efficiently and arrived as per plan. Lodgings very good except the Anchorage Westmark hotel was a little old and run down. Dock positions were excellent compared to the competition, and land excursions worked well.

last night at Pinnacle Grill - I threw up all night and my wife had diarrahea - not good. Other dining options were ok - food was average only.

Cabin staff pleasant and efficient as usual - Sandri & D.......? Bar staff mostly excellent except Pinnacle Bar who were sour most of the time and on the last night charged us $19.55 for drinks when we were on a Drinks Package and should have been free. I did leave sunglasses on board - in room I think but reported it to no avail.

Man this was small. luckily we could fit the suitcases under the bed otherwise we would have had no room to walk. Would never do it again.

the dock area is so confusing - rental car return is there but no signs to help. Chaos on embarkation - get there early. Once you find out where to go, it went smoothly.
