Review summary

Due to this cruise being so bad I am done cruising after 15 cruises. The ship got the Noro virus it was very rapid spreading on board.

Embarkation

It took 3 hours going up and down lines to go thru processes. It was hot and no places to sit. Worse Port ever will never sail out of this port again.

Speciality was fine. Lido dining sitting at table was never asked if we needed anything. Buffets were same foods over and over again.

Same entertainment for the last 5 years same shows. Fell asleep during show.

Service and Staff

Room stewards only cleaned 1 time a day which use to be twice a day. Had to go to bars and get our own drinks. Use to have Beverage Runners.

Not as clean as in the past.

Windows and balcony windows not clean, hard to see thru all the spots. Bathroom small. TV volume was all over the place had to keep adjusting it.

Don’t I sailed on this ship in November and was great this trip was horrible.
