Review summary

Great cruise. HAL and crew are always fantastic. Unfortunately, a blast of norovirus ran its course through the entire ship, causing of course, facility lockdowns and cleaning on a constant basis. The crew of course always are fantastic at this. My blame, goes on the people themselves who don’t follow standard protocols when it comes to ensuring that their fellow passengers don’t get sick

I agree 100% with your personal hygiene comment. I just got off the 35 day Hawaii /Tahiti cruise and we had the exact same thing happen. They did a lockdown for three weeks. The staff did a great job but we had hundreds infected with Norovirus. We all have to do better
