Review summary

The days activities were almost all venues to sell you something (jewelry, pain relief, etc) with very little to entertain. The shows were pathetic with no glitz or glamor and not worth the time. The only positives were food and friendless of the crew. Ship was hugh so a lot of walking required to get around with most decks being staterooms only.

HAL think bigger is more important than quality, but they did keep the ship clean.

Very small room, no place to sit except bed. Could not adjust temperature so always cold and yes we did complain and they checked and agreed it was cold but did not do anything to rectify.

This sounds like someone who did not review the ships and what room he requested and is blaming the ship for his mistakes. Of course an inside cabin is like what you described and not a reason to complain. You probably would be happier on a Carnival ship in a SUITE, not inside, ocean view or balcony room.
