Review summary

Our state room had serious vibration issues. The bed, TV, walls, ceiling was vibrating. Hard to get to sleep with a shaking bed! Other than this, everyone was very courteous and the food was good. The ship is in dry dock now and being worked on.

Would have like to eaten in the restaurants without having to dress up! This was our vacation and should have not had to bring a jacket & tie on a cruise where it was 80 degree weather and limited amount of room to pack cloths in a suit case. There was some stuffiness to having to dress up on a Carribean trip.

Would have rated this higher but the ship had major vibration issues with our stateroom and throughout the ship.

Ship tip

Ship needs work - (we were extremely disappointed with the vibration issues on the ship). If it had not been for this would have been a remarkable trip. The people were nice and hospitality good. We are very apprehensive on rebooking with Holland America and never experienced problems like this.
