The staff is very honest and trustworthy. I ran into a situation with guest services and booking an excursion and they were always very helpful and happy to explain even the most common sense of things. The staff deserves and award for being so overly nice.

Don't miss the peekaboo bridge on Deck 11 forward, accessible from the front of the Solarium. You get to watch the officers on the bridge and see the ship's course, speed and other information. A great place to be when leaving a port.

If you are bring teenagers beware of the teen club! There is very little supervision and the activities fell through 50% of the time.

Be prepared to walk! :) The ship is approximately 1/4 mile long so when going from one end to the other, it can take a bit of energy. I didn't realize how big the ship was until we were doing the scavenger hunt. (At least I got my exercise in!)

Our excursion got cancelled because of the weather in Mexico and the stafff helped us figure out what to do. There was also confusion on the first night about dinner because I didn't have a seat number on my cruise card but the crew members helped us with that in a timely manner as well.

I lost a pair of cheap reading glasses, in the metropolis theatre. They were turned in the next day, to the lost and found. There's always a place to find coffee or water opened. The fifth floor is very busy during in-between meal times. Great areas designed for children. But video games cost extra

Take your time to leave on the last day - the elevators get somewhat busy and the people get somewhat irate b/c they want to leave. Make sure you settle all outstanding Guest Service issue the day before.
