Review summaryOverall we had an excellent time. Royal Caribbean made the difference by changing our course to go to Freeport and aide with the locals there to take them to Nassau. Our group consisted of 26 people and we were all willing to help with food and anything necessary to help. It was a good feeling to be a part of this humanitarian effort. So we Thank you!
Food and Dining
This venue had latin music - which we love - however there was no space to dance. It was in the middle of the lobby where people were walking all over the place going to other places. It was not enjoyable.
Main Dining Room
The staff in the main dining room were patient and accommodating. Ben, Angel, Aristotle, Merina (not sure of the spelling) - were all amazing, friendly, with excellent customer service. Thank you!
There was only the main 11th floor section with a pool that accommodating wading and swimming - the pools were too small. There should be another section with a pool.
It was a good casino - the only downfall was that it allowed smoking.
Art and Photo Gallery
The photos are very expensive and the quality was not that great. Additionally, some of the photographers were not accommodating and were rude at times.
Service and Staff
Cabin / Stateroom
Take your time to leave on the last day - the elevators get somewhat busy and the people get somewhat irate b/c they want to leave. Make sure you settle all outstanding Guest Service issue the day before.
