Review summary
I had so much fun on this cruise! At first I was a little uneasy about being stranded on a boat for 5 nights, but the staff was exceptional (especially Sebastian and Dev) and our waiters. Never got the name of the man who cleaned my room, but it was room 8433 and he was also amazing. Everyday when we opened the door there was a different towel animal and it was so cute. Also, want to apologize the for trouble we caused in order to keep my large group sitting together at dinner. However, the staff was amazing and by the second night they accommodated all 13 of us and we are so grateful!
I also ran into a problem since I traveled with a large group. Some members of my group booked an excursion and I was accidentally thrown into the group. I wasn't notified that I had a ticket until the following day post excursion. However, I went down to guest services and presented my ticket and after telling them what had happened I received a full refund and was very pleased with the service.
This has been a wonderful experience and I can't wait to book my next trip with Royal Carribean

The staff is very honest and trustworthy. I ran into a situation with guest services and booking an excursion and they were always very helpful and happy to explain even the most common sense of things. The staff deserves and award for being so overly nice.
