not the best experience. Never got all our picture. Not kids friendly. Had to wait for table for lunch and dinner.

Overall we had a great cruise as you will have a good time if you chose to. This was our 3rd cruise but not our favorite on RCL. Again I'm not a 100% sure it was all RCL's fault but more of a learning experience for a young couple. We had never cruised out of a Florida port and at least 75% of the boat was over the age of 62. It was just like the stereotype that you hear about. We have cruised out of New Orleans & Norfolk and we may try those again. Just a better crowd for a couple in thier mid 30's with no kids. The ports were Awesome - St. Kitts, St. Marteen, & San Juan were worth every penny of the cruise. All other comments are listed below.

The ship was beautiful, with a very active lay-out and schedule, there was so much to do, we had a great time.

The ship was clean and spacious. General staff was professional and helpful. Customer service staff was rude, poorlytrained and unprofessional.

As this was our first cruise, we have nothing to compare but we enjoyed Navigator of the Seas very much. We booked a balcony cabin and had our morning coffee out on the balcony evry morning. The views were spectacular. We traveled with another couple who were seasoned cruisers. We sat with them and two other couples for the early dinner. We may have been strangers on that first night but by the end of our eight days we had made some great new friends and are planning to meet again. It was a great experience and hope to cruise again in the future. Royal Caribbean does a fantastic job and the crew was friendly, polite, and very helpful.

From beginning to end the cruise was great. Our booking agent (Rachel) was very proficient. The price was right. The food was the best we have had on a ship. The ports were great except San Juan. Don't arrange for a bus tour on ship or when you first get off the ship. Some cabs and busses wanted $50 for a two hour tour. We got a bus on the street st the end of the pier for $10 and saw both the new and old San Juan (with a free pina colada at the Don Q outlet). I will always use Cruises only for future trips.

I would not recommend the ship I was on the "Navigator of the Seas," The front desk "Kids" treated you like you were a bother now matter what you asked them. It got old to be treated like an idiot on the ship including by the security personnel. My wife got yelled at by on of the older passengers for not "Washing her hands" when she did in the sink that was in the stall she was in. I watched the older people yell at several people several times on the ship for nothing like they owned it. I would think seriously about another cruise line unless we just got a bad ship? Maybe they are not all like this one but for a first cruise I will be booking with Carnival or another cruise line in the future.

Very impressed with the cleanlyness of the ship overall, the staff was always friendly and wanting to help. the food choices and quanities could be improved

of the 50+ cruises I have been on this has to rate as one of the most terrible Outrageous wait to get thru security and get sea pass (3 hrs in sun)

excelent service , really big cruiseship

St. Marteen was a disapointment. We booked "The best of St. Marteen" which was pretty $$$ and were stuck in traffic most of the time, the beach equipment was dirty. We were not allowed to sit at the pool of the resort only the beach and lunch!!! was served around 2:30PM. This was a waste of money

Ship and crew were good. Food was fair. Prices ridiculous. Too many children and pushy guests for holiday-our fault. Cabin good. Cruise director very average.

The ship was wonderful. However, children. Were allowed to run wild. The parents, when present were totally so self absorbed that they did not discipline there progeny and were not concerned with the safety of their children. I o served one teenage boy, spaced out and eating spaghetti on the elevator, while lying down. When I asked why he was doing this, he stated "I don't have a room!". I reported this to a staff member who said he could do nothing. I felt like calling security, but I was alone and feared for my personal safety. The boy was on some type of drug, his eyes were pinpoint, speech was slurred and may have been there illegally. Apparently, another female passenger had encountered this boy. We spoke at the pool about this boy;she got the same response when she referred the matter to a staff member. I am incredulous, but the staff member was apparently afraid of offending the "parents".SHAME!

Big Ship, easy to get around. Food was fair. Portofino's a bust. Adult pool closed.

Beautiful ship... Nicely done.... Wonderful staff..... Clean rooms.... Lots to do....GREAT TIME!
