OVerall I'd say that the staff isn't happy to be there. There were some exceptions and I made sure to acknowledge them.

I didn't care for Ephesus, tired of seeing ruins and the crowds were too much. Took a private tour and enjoyed a rug factory and just learing some customs.

Pros: The itinerary

Cons: Royal's dining schedule, staff is overall mediocre, front desk not the least helpful.

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? No.
