Review summary

The food was always great, and plentiful. There were so many choices. The staff on board the ship were amazing. The ports we went to were very organized, and there was always plenty of information available. We had a balcony room, and it was great just sitting out and watching us dock, or just being able to see active volcanoes from. We had two children, and they do have programs to keep them entertained.

One less happy face because we did not find out about the 6 month - 18 month program until the last day.

Cabin / Stateroom

You can tell the ship is an older one, the couch was stained quite a bit. There was also a lot of hair in the carpet, but they cleaned that right up.

Ports of call

Messina, Sicily

We just went around to a few churches.

Souda (Chania), Crete

Great downtown. Lots of little shop. Taxi's are right there, and they are about 15 bucks per way.
Don't Miss: Portes Restaurant

Piraeus (Athens), Greece

5 out of 5
Athens was good. We did the Hop on Hop off tour. which is relatively close to the Port, and it was 22 Euros per person, and they only charged for the adults. It has stops at all the major attractions.

Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey

Great bazaars.

Pros: Food, staff, ports, and ship appearance

Cons: The last debarkation
