No vendors at port accepted AMEX. All RC owned sites claimed unable to contact. Rubbish
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
Place needs attention. Dragons beach is no good. Too many Haitian police and security sitting around everywhere looking grim. Poor signage. Bring towels from ship ??
