Everything was wonderful nice and clean. Service was great very friendly on time. Even though it rain the whole cruise we enjoy 💯

We needed to get away due to loosing our last dog and booked 3 days prior to cruising. We enjoyed most of the cruise and did not swim due to pools being cold, not the surfing or slides, but enjoyed the shows, bars, and all the band entertainment on board. Great time.

Nice price for this cruise but the food and entertainment was lacking in quality. Would likely do the same route in the future, but with Carnival or another line.

We enjoyed our week of cruising so much. This was a first time back in several years, and was pleasantly surprised. LOVED...LOVED...LOVE ..... THE SINGING CREW GUY IN THE BUFFET "wash your hands!" It made it so fun.

Very relaxing 4 days. Nice to visit Catalina and also Ensenada. We took the downtown tour which included some history we hadn't known about and of course an opportunity to shop for souvenirs.

It was really a bad cruise and the cleanliness was not there. The service was not there. We only went to one of the three ports that we paid for and in my opinion, we should reserve a refund or a do over

Overall the cruise was great. Nice getaway. The staff at the Dinning Room was amazing!

Great cruise, very relaxing with tons of time to relax, food was excellent, service great. We are all deeply disappointed that we did not get to visit Cabo or Puerto Vallarta and both excursions were cancelled. This is the main reason we booked this cruise, to visit these two ports. Receiving $50 was not enough done by the RC, particularly when at Cabo the cause was not the weather but was due to a complication/mix-up with the positioning of the ship in the port.

Onboard was good but ports and arrival in LA was poor.

It was my first time on Royal Caribbean, and I will always chose them in the future. There was a step up in quality compared to the other cruise line that does the same trip from that port. The staff were friendly and the children's options were great.

Royal Carribean offers an amazing vacation! Navigator of the Seas is an impressive ship with so many fun things to do. The food and drinks are delicious with tons of tasty options. But the best part of the experience is the fun and friendly staff that was always so helpful and accommodating

Overall a nice cruise. Felt like a 5 day cruise packed into 3. It’s clear RCI has had to cut costs, I hope they start reversing a little (eg quality of food)

My husband and I had the time of our lives celebrating my 40th bday on this 7-day cruise. The perfect amount of time, the perfect ports of call, and the perfect amount of drinks via the Deluxe Package.

We were disappointed by Navigator of the Seas this time. The staff were not friendly or accommodating. The food and service were disappointing this time. It's a nice ship though and pretty easy for us to get to, so it's kind of a shame.
