Review summary

It was really a bad cruise and the cleanliness was not there. The service was not there. We only went to one of the three ports that we paid for and in my opinion, we should reserve a refund or a do over

Read your contract, you paid for the cruise not the ports. You got a good price because of hurricane season.

Wasn’t there stormy weather along west coast Mexico during that time frame resulting in safety issues? Sounds like someone did not read the fine print, cruise lines only promise that you can board, eat, and sleep (if you get all YOUR ducks in a row). Leaving the dock and going to other ports is optional (but mostly done).

For the most part the trip was great. Sadly due to a hurricane we had to go to Ensenada instead of Puerto Vallarta.
