Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Attentive, and happy to assist when we had an itinerary change. Only the inability to address the cabin noise (documented below) knocks the service level down.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Had A/C issues on upper decks and quite a lot of humidity in areas around Windjammer made for slick floors.

Cabin / Stateroom

Avoid this cabin. Every night between 12:15am and 12:45am we woke to a large noise. Likely a cart being slammed into place in the crew area next door. Also a lot of waterline noise in our cabin associated with washing equipment in the crew area.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico Did not visit port

Ship was unable to operated tenders safely despite seas not looking that dramatic.

Mazatlan, Mexico

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Did not visit port

This was the port we most had interest in, but Hurricane Norma had other plans. We ended up stopping in Ensenada where we had excellent fish tacos!

Very easy process, albeit early!
