When we arrived, we found a porter and checked in our luggage right away, no problems. When we saw how long the line was to get through security, we were worried it was going to take a lot longer than it did. Embarkation was smooth and hassle free

We had FANTASTIC service in the main dining room each night(thank Kevin and Ashish) and the food was great. We had lunch at Johnny Rockets, the burgers and milkshakes were good, the onion rings, not so much. El Loco Fresh is pretty good for grab and go, along with Cafe Promenade. The food in the Windjammer was typical buffet choices but the food was fresh and tasty the times we went.

Out of the 4 cruises we have been on, the staff on this trip was HANDS DOWN the BEST we've had. Everyone we dealt with were nice, friendly, helpful and polite. In my opinion, we couldn't have asked for better.

We knew what to expect from an interior room and we have no complaints about size, configuration, cleanliness or service, but the A/C only worked when it wanted too and most of the time the room was unbearably hot and stuffy.
