Royal Carribean offers an amazing vacation! Navigator of the Seas is an impressive ship with so many fun things to do. The food and drinks are delicious with tons of tasty options. But the best part of the experience is the fun and friendly staff that was always so helpful and accommodating

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
All of the food was delicious with many tasty and unique options. The Buffet was perfect for breakfast, satisfying all of our breakfast favorites and more! The Main Dining Room was definitely among the most delicious food we've ever eaten at a restaurant.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We loved the pool and Jacuzzis, and spent most of our time on the ship there. We rode the water slide, which was fun, but the water was a little too cold for my liking. We were a little disappointed in the Escape Room experience. Although the puzzles were fun and challenging, we were grouped with a family that was obviously much more experienced in escape rooms and took over the whole experience. I wish we could've just done it on our own. We also participated in the country scavenger hunt, which we enjoyed very much. It was fun getting to know more about the crew and every crew member we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed watching the Sexiest Man Contest and Belly Flop Contest.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We really enjoyed the ice skating show and the Showgirl show with the dinners and dancers. Both shows were very entertaining, Vegas style shows, with very talented skaters, dancers, and singers.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
We watched the lava experiment and my teenagers spent every night in The Living Room. My teenagers loved that they were able to make lots of new friends and that the ship provided a fun place for them hang out.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
As much as we enjoyed the food, we enjoyed our waiters even more! Darwin and Ikadek gave amazing service, and Jason always stopped by for a conversation with my family as well. They were outstanding waiters that became friends. Royal Caribbean is lucky to have them! We also had an excellent steward that kept our room neat and tidy. Edward was very friendly and accommodating and respectful of our privacy. He

Ship Quality

We loved the design of the ship! Everything was clean and well- maintained, and easy to find with the maps and helpful staff.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Edward kept our cabin very clean. He brought down the overhanging beds for our daughters, which was very helpful. It was just very small and cramped. By the end of the week, we were getting tired of bumping into each other. My husband is also a pretty big man, and could barely fit in the shower. It served our basic needs, but we will definitely be getting a larger room next time. Hopefully the shower will be bigger as well.

Ports of call

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California

5 out of 5
We are from Arizona so we have been to Los Angeles many times before. It is fun place to visit, and conveniently located close to home for us!

Catalina Island, California

5 out of 5
We loved Catalina Island! It was a beautiful location to hang out, especially with the gorgeous weather we had that day! We rented a golf cart and toured the entire island in a couple of hours and still had time to relax at the beach.

Ensenada, Mexico

3 out of 5
Ensenada was extremely disappointing, especially after experiencing beautiful Catalina Island. We were hoping to see a nice beach nearby the port, but had to ask to find that the nearest beach was a 10 minute drive. The provided shuttles only offered a ride to the shopping area, which was also the typical Mexico shopping with a lot of pushy vendors all selling the same stuff for different prices. The excursions offered did not suit our family because our wide range of ages- 8 years old to 74. My kids were not interested in seeing the geyser, so not worth the money for us.

Disembarkation

The process was very organized and communicated clearly. Everything went very smoothly for us.
