Throughly wonderful cruise, enjoyed the ports of call, some more than others but still worth while visiting. Excellent ship and staff, little lacking on the entertainment front but made up for it in other areas. Would sail on the Navigator of the seas again.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Efficient and hassle free embarkation experience. Bags collected at the car park by staff and taken onboard. Quick checkin and security checks unlike the airport experience.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Excellent choice of food in both the main dining room and buffets and always willing to change a dish if you were unhappy with it. Food available 24 hours on the promenade level, had the deluxe drinks package which I would recommend and buy before starting the cruise as prices were much higher onboard.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Enjoyed the sports on the top deck, mini golf, table tennis, archery. Not one for swimming or jacuzzi pools but always seemed to be busy onboard.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Felt this was an area which could do with some improvements, some of the shows were definitely of a better standard than others. Some of the song choices of the DJ in the nightclub were questionable and sometimes events published in the cruise compass didn’t always happen.
Children's Programs
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Excellent service staff from stateroom attendants to dining room managers. Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, could not praise the staff enough, really made the cruise experience a real pleasure
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
All the common areas were clean and tidy, liked the promenade area but would of liked larger areas for some of the other areas where music and dancing was allowed.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Decent sized cabin with virtual reality window, which was a nice feature. Clean, bathroom with very good shower and enough wardrobe room.
Quick disembarkation, allowed to keep our suitcases and take them off ourselves speeding up the process. Nothing to declare so was able just to walk through quickly back to the car park.
