Review summary
First Mediterranean cruise and overall we loved it! Glad we picked MSC Sinfonia as our first. The size of the ship was perfect as we could get from one front to the back in 5 minutes. Port stops were great, enjoyed Croatia the most. We will cruise MSC again! Two disappointing things. First the spa staff was way to pushy on upselling. Not even one minute after massage and Anika starting pushing merchandise and additional services. Unfortunately for them they refused to listen to what we wanted to do and continued to push additional services we were not interested in purchasing. Since they didn’t listen to us (the guests) we didn’t purchase any additional spa services. So sad as we really wanted more services. Second was our cabin steward. We had a language barrier as well as he continually insisted we leave our room so he could clean or do our turndown service.Embarkation
