Always be kind to the staf say good morning acknowledge them and they will make sure they will give you the best cruise ever. The spa package is a must do. Dont let bad reviews change your mind have an open mind and a great attitude and MSC Crew will welcome you like a royal family. Remember to smile it goes a long way!!

AVOID Buffets at the busy times! It is absolutely insane and more rude people than I have ever encountered on a ship. This is not MSC fault. It was totally a passenger problem.

Shop around before booking on this ship! Initial price is good. but unless you are willing to eat substandard food, comparison shop!

Dont have expectations of great food. Forward areas of the ship not available to all guests- only yacht club members.
