Review summary

My overall review of the cruise was good. The biggest thing I did not like was paying for a case of water and service charge and could not have the water delivered to the room. I had to go to a bar and pick it up every time I wanted it. I also had to pay a service charge and they did not deliver it to the room. The only thing they did was sit it on the counter and I did the rest.

Food was good but how water is distributed after paying for a case was unacceptable for me. I had to pay $5.00 plus and every time I wanted water I had to go to one of the bars to get it. On all the ships I have been on when I paid for a case of water it was delivered to the room and I was not charged for it.

The waiters were great in the buffet cafeteria and the main dinning room. I would like to give special thanks to Gianitar (Maitre d). I am highly allergic to perfume and on my first day of getting on the ship I went to him and he remember me from MSC Divina and he took action on the first night and everyday I was on the ship. Throughout the night he constantly checked to see if I was okay. He assigned me to waiters and required that they do not wear perfume. I would also like to thank David Orita, Kristiadi Kadeem, and Aryana Wanl May for giving up not wearing perfume the week that I was on the ship to serve me

The ship is a very beautiful ship but all the extra things added to the ship took away a lot of space for the amount of people on the ship.

I loved the cabin but had a hard time getting into the closet because of the size of the sofa.

The $37 package is 14 liter bottles that are obtained via a coupon book that is in your cabin if purchased before embarkation or given to you at purchase while on board. The water is not delivered to your room but can be obtained at all bars and restaurants.

The water package has coupons to use at any of the bars and restaurants. When a coupon is used you are never charged anything as the coupon zero’s the charge? Were you not using your package coupons because we were never charged without it being zeroed on our account?
