Awesome cruise great staff The cruise critic party was super good dont miss it. Forget the bad reviews they are just a lot of complaints that are not accurate or make sense. Dont be afraid and relax you will always remember your seaside cruise with MSC

Embarcation was a dissaster yet it was not MSC fault I blame the fact of a young supervisor with a small brain I am a US Citizen always travel with my birth cert and my DL well this girl have never seen my birth cert and hold me down for over an Hr. Yet I still blame my self for not getting a passport.( Note to self never travel again without a passport) And let's not forget the 30 min wasted because they were refusing to let me bring my luggage with me, I travel once and my luggage was lost never again I check them in.. However MSC super compensate my horrific e experience they apologised and gave me a voucher with 12 drinks strawberries and chocolate wine and canappe. So because of that I rate it good because they went above and beyond to make me feel better and make me happy

Food was great there was always something for all kind of palates. Main Dining room Pasta was great. Eggplant and soup are my favorites. The moscato was so good I miss it so much..
Never felt the buffet over crowded I found a lot of variation and something good to eat. I am not a big salad person but I found my self enjoying their salads a lot and go in my for seconds.
Dessert are very good
Gelato was so so good
Venchi is divine everything is good

The slides are the best at sea. The jungle pool was my favorite relax pool. I spend a big time of my time at the spa the spa package is well worth it

Always be kind to the staf say good morning acknowledge them and they will make sure they will give you the best cruise ever. The spa package is a must do. Dont let bad reviews change your mind have an open mind and a great attitude and MSC Crew will welcome you like a royal family. Remember to smile it goes a long way!!
Puerto Rico have my heart it's my home was raised there and been away for 15 years still to this day I miss the beach food and the friendliness of the island
Happy to see a nice review and to know that the others are unfounded lol. I read the other reviews for a laugh, not a guage of the ship. I go planning to have a great time even if there are many bad reviews. I'm on vacation and plan to relax and enjoy the break with the family.
