Review summary

My impression is, you need improvement in the food service. You have stereotyped Americans. Every menu contained Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and Fries! Americans, eat more then that. I can't tell you how many years its been since I ate fast food. There were very few Italian dishes. And the dinning room food was very poor. Often at breakfast we had to keep asking for things. Example: silverware, sugar and butter. And more often then not the food in the dinning room at all meals were cold. We had the Aurea experience, in the past we were given our own section to eat in. This now only applied for dinner. We bagan to ask for a private table, as we were constantly seated with other passengers that did not speak english. I felt like cattle ushered in and out. Was not the best dinning experience.

To our surprise the buffet had better food then the dinning room. The specialty restaurants the Steak house was not as good as I expected. We bought the 3 dining room experience. They served my fiance a chuck steak. For what we paid it could have been a better cut of meat. Ocean Kay was poor. They rave about there fresh sea bass, but it was tasteless. And your menu options were very limited. The teppanyaki, I can not say. I told my waiter I was allergic to asparagus. He brought out my dinner and it had asparagus chopped up in the rice. I ended in the ships hospital.
