Review summary

The ship is very beautiful, but it is sorely understaffed and disorganized Most people do not want to rough it on a cruise.

The buffet was awful. It was comprised of cheap food that was more like a kid's meal. The buffet consisted of hamburgers, Hotdogs, French fries, ravioli, chicken nuggets mashed potatoes, and chicken that tasted like it came out of a frozen dinner. The formal buffet was just as bad. The food was cold and servers were overwhelmed because they had so many people to serve.

Servers need more training! They were busy pushing menus for the pay restaurants, in order to get a purchase for the expensive specialty restaurants.

Msc does not allow smoking on there ships in the casino

Every ships casino wreaks of smoke, that is where the cruise lines make their money so they let the smokers smoke there. I've noticed that on every cruise line. If you can't stand it then stay away from the casinos. This review does sound like BS.
