Review summary

I’ve never actually provided a review in the middle of an activity, but this one tops the charts. The guest experience on Seaside is hands down simply pathetic. The staff is beyond rude...they’re indifferent. I’ve waited for literally every beverage I’ve ordered (far longer than a reasonable amount of time), not yet have I received what I’ve ordered in the dining room and on day 3 of my 8 day cruise was told when ordering two Mojitos “it’s gonna be a long time” (with a snicker by the bartender). My wife and I always purchase multiple dining upgrades and are doubtful as nothing would be more irritating than paying and getting this loathsome of an experience.

I just got off the Seaside this morning and am kind of shocked by some of these positive reviews on the same ship. I spoke to not 1 person on this cruise that was happy. I really think they had the worse customer service ‘overall’ of anywhere I’ve ever been. Lol. It appeared to be the company Moto in my opinion. Glad someone somewhere had a decent experience on this ship and or on this cruise line. I feel like they need to learn more about Americans to do better in this region but reading overall reviews it’s not only a regional problem. They seem to suck everywhere.

CLVL we weren’t pleased either. Reviews are meant to help other cruisers make a decision on what trips to go on....and unfortunately some ships are worse than others. We all value our vacation time and want to make good choices. Thanks for sharing your opinion.

Right and the ship is covered in bars. Im sure ones away from the mdr are not busy.

And..?? This tops the charts? It's like this on any cruise that includes free drinks...it is what it is? The way I look..its such a great value..who care to wait..I'm not going anywhere?

They do not have a bar in the dining room. Try going to a bar on your way to dinner and take your drinks with you. Problem solved.

We sailed the Caribbean on MSC Divina last year, The Seaside had problems with food and crew.
