Good cruise, financial services- like not authorized credit card charges is a concearncharges

Found the amount of time spent at each port to be too short and shorter than any other cruise line I have been on.

One thing that I would say is that the MSC website needs improvement. Constantly locking you out.

Overall, this was a very enjoyable cruise. Many of the things that people complained about in the past have been fixed. When speaking with the captain at a cruise critic meet and mingle, he indicated that MSC has taken the comments seriously, and tried to make changes based on what the American public wants. They are striving to make this experience one that is truly enjoyable. We encountered many friendly and helpful staff. Entertainment was different every night, with singing, dancing, acrobats, etc. The Michael Jackson tribute the last night was VERY good.

Worst experience with a cruise line ever really wish would would have just gone with our gut and went with a cruise line we have actually heard of before big waste of money and they added on a bunch of “service” charges to our final bill that we had to dispute was miserable experience never again!!

Nice ship but service was lacking. Very International passengers which made for great conversations and new friends. Too many things you have to pay extra for to experience.

Just very unhappy with the whole cruise, I was there for my birthday and was never acknowledged, only discounts in their stores. We have sailed a lot, but this was the worst cruise we have been on. They have a long way to go to compare to other ships.

Loved everything about this cruise line and the ship!! Food was the best I’ve ever had on any cruise line. Love the European (hands off) style of service. They’re very friendly and happy to help... just not over the top, in your face style I’ve experienced on other cruise lines. Very, very relaxing!

Great cruise. Not a lot of island time. Hopefully you can find a chair at pool!

This was my 2nd time on Seaside and enjoyed it as much as the first time.

NONE of our party will EVER use this line again!!!!!

The only processes the line has automated is photo uploads and credit card activation (which frankly is done from home on other lines no need to que one of three kiosks for 6000 people).

We had a wonderful time. The ship is beautiful and very clean. The service really our biggest complaint. They were not accommodating to our requests. The answer was always no instead of "let me find out" . Other than that we had a great time.

Overall the ship was beautiful. There is plenty to do if you choose to not disembark at each port. Staff friendly.

Had a great time I would book this cruise again if I wanted to get away for another week.

I will be back next March. Great ship. This was a fabulous experience. Best shows ever, dining, room and all employees deserve high ratings...just not the bar...except the 7th deck rear bartenders. Excellent there.

Cruise was excellent. There were over 100 nationalities represented by the guest. The diversity of the guest made the cruise different and more interesting.

Overall it was a great cruise but the food and service did not measure to other cruise lines.

I can't stress this enough! Make sure of who is traveling on the ship before you commit. Our voyage had more Europeans on it than Americans. These people were so rude and obnoxious it was not funny. They constantly cut in the food lines, bumped into you, cut across you and were belligerent. I was tripped 3 times as they cut right in front of me, had them bump into me while I was carrying coffee 5 times and ended up wearing half the coffee on my shorts and shirt. It was the worst cruise I have ever been on as frustrations grew higher every day trying to get food and drinks. The Europeans on board did not follow any directions, the staff placed some barriers at only some of the food lines saying "Enter" and Exit" but this did not matter to these people, they constantly went into the exit side and out the enter side of the buffet. When waiting to eat in the main dining room, they would show up 2-5 minutes before the doors opened to let you in and cut right to the front of the line. They do not have any manners or sense of politeness. If you place your towel on a lounge chair, they will move your towel and take your lounge chair and this happened many times during our trip. When you asked them to move because they took your lounge chair, they just look at you and put on a face like they want to fight. AND these were people in their 50's and 60's, not just the young people. They constantly would walk in front of my wife when I was trying to take a picture and would block the stairs and aisles (aka: Walmart shoppers) and then call you names when you asked them politely to please move so you could get by. It was a very frustration cruise and was not calming or relaxing because of these people.
