The only processes the line has automated is photo uploads and credit card activation (which frankly is done from home on other lines no need to que one of three kiosks for 6000 people).

With the buffet foods so appetizing and the deserts looking scrumptious, we coukdnt wait to get to restaurants. We expected them to be superior to buffet. They failed. Poor service, same menu day after day and the worst Easter dinner EVER led to Complete frustration with food on board.

Oh they've got everything alright but with 6000 people on board, scheduling can be problematic. Huge saving grace: adults only pool and kids programs made impact minor

I wouldn't rate them even a 1. Some table mates couldn't get clean towels and washcloths, others couldn't get extra pillows but my room steward was the best!!!

It was small compared to other lines. You barely had enough room to sit on balcony and with obstructed view you didn't bother. You just sat inside and enjoyed the fresh air. Not worth the price of a balcony. The line would not allow cabin change even after being asked before we left port
