Amazing cruise I recommend this cruise to everyone who wants to have a good time with family.

I think the only thing I would suggest is to update the app to better define the activities, show and food descriptions.

Good food, good theatre productions. Everything else.. ok or less. Big ship with a few public spaces and many restricted areas for the wealthy clients only. Would not go back again on this ship.

Loved our cruise. Loved the people. Loved everything about it. I didn't feel crowded. I wish we had a better package deal that included the gratuities and drinks. In the future, I hope they can offer 5 day cruises and more excursion options for the South FL area.

Kuddos to several cruise staff: 1) Bradley Solayao, Cruise staff. He's part of the entertainment - I vote for him to be the next cruise director!!! He is fun, he's entertaining, he's super friendly with passengers, and a lot of passengers would agree we all LOVE him! He's awesome!!! 2) Jackielou C. Harlent, Asst Buffet Supervisor - She is friendly, helpful, very professional and actually talks to passengers! She's not robotic like a lot of the staff, if passengers doesn't break the ice most just walk around like a robot that has to do their work.

Amazing cruise with great entertainment. The shows, the humor, the food- everything was designed to satisfy the European taste. The food variety was OK for first time travelers but it could definitely be improved if the cruise line would like to target frequent travelling US customers. No other comments. Overall, the cruise was fantastic.

Could've done better. MSC could've done better. Especially with the food. And they did NOTHING for our Anniversary except give us a bunch of papers with coupons to spend more money.

This whole cruise was a terrible experience from the start. The staff was the worst part. They immature, unprofessional young adults. By far the worst cruise I have ever been on. Don’t wait your time and money cruising with them, I’d recommend finding a different cruise

Itinerary changed to include Amber Cove Dominican republic. The 5 star all inclusive excursion was a rip off as it was a poor 2 star hotel with a fly filled buffet. MSC seemed to be more interested in selling trinkets on ship and pushing the excursions than asking for customer feedback. Other cruisers that had used MSC several times prior said they go because of price knowing that food will be very average and don't go to the shows that have been the same for many cruises.

was nice I was suppose to be gold was told all was good got onboard and was not gold and noone at all on board could help me I was cheated out of a 50 dollar credit and other perks said I was not in the system but when I got home had an email that said a day before I complained I had my number and was in the system but they were not able to assist me that made me angry

Guest services did not do anything after we explain to them that our children had surprised us and had flown into Nassau as a surprise and we did not even know that we were no longer going to Nassau because they didn’t tell us until we had left from port and gave us a credit when we complain they did nothing

We have 2 little kids(2,4) and both enjoyed so much.

We loved our cruise on MSC Seaside and all of the staff was superb. On board the cruise you will find an extremely diverse and international public in which perhaps every country was represented. We were impressed with the smooth embarkation/disembarkation process at all ports. Our balcony cabin was a nice to have but we didn’t use it very much. The cabin was nice and clean and we received fresh towels 2 x daily. The entertainment was good as well as the theme nights. Food in both the sit-down restaurants as well as the buffet were ample and offered lots of variety however, at times, the temperature of hot food items left something to be desired for. Although we had paid extra for the ‘Fantastica’ experience, we found this not worth it as it didn’t offer anything extra for us. For example when we asked the maître D for different table, it was declined. We also did not appreciate the different classes of service on board, like Belisimo, Yacht club and Fantastica, it is an old fashioned concept in our opinion and offered no value to us. Overall we like MSC cruises and would cruise with them again in the future should they offer a suitable itinerary.

Although I had a nice time I dont think I'll be traveling with MSC anytime soon. Maybe I'll give them another chance when they become more established in the USA.

not what I was expecting. need more entertainment and more include entertainment needed and more drinks included on the packages

We have been on more than 30 cruises (many suites) so thought we would try MSC for something different. We loved the Seaside and will return. We purchased a suite but it was not (14002). We also were not told it had an obstructed view. We contacted and they were no help in getting us moved. MSC Hotel Director saved our vacation by moving us and made us true fans of MSC.
