Review summary

was nice I was suppose to be gold was told all was good got onboard and was not gold and noone at all on board could help me I was cheated out of a 50 dollar credit and other perks said I was not in the system but when I got home had an email that said a day before I complained I had my number and was in the system but they were not able to assist me that made me angry

I had to repeatedly call every week for things to make sure they were taken care of the month before. Crib and bottle warmer in the room, one person said ok. I called to confirm the next week along with the status match. That customer service representative sent me a special needs form......then was told the only way to reach status match was via email. Called the last week before crib was put on the account, status match still was not. However that customer service representative said that there is actually a number they can give even though they shouldn’t. When we got on the ship our status match was done for the card but credit was not we were told we had to go see the vacation planner who had odd ship hours. She handled the credit. Still never got it and the crib was never in the room. So yes as for customer service they stink but we overlooked that and still had a good time. Ship is beautiful.
