Review summary

Guest services did not do anything after we explain to them that our children had surprised us and had flown into Nassau as a surprise and we did not even know that we were no longer going to Nassau because they didn’t tell us until we had left from port and gave us a credit when we complain they did nothing

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Main dining rooms were OK food was nothing spectacular in the face were horrible it was actually a day that had hotdogs and shrimp pot pie Mc after having days of chicken pot pie beef pot pie and finally I guess they had to get rid of a hotdog and the shrimp so they made it a pot pie specialty restaurants obviously are overpriced see you’re getting good food the ocean seafood specialty restaurant was horrible

Housekeeper was magnificent from there the service was terrible once we arrived on the ship we were told after we set sail that we were no longer going to two of the porch that we had purchased and that they were giving us $100 to our state room turns out that I was celebrating my 25th anniversary in the port that we were supposed to go to which was Nassau my kids had surprised and were waiting for us in Nassau when we found out we were no longer go in there and we called them the day after they were ready and us are waiting for us and we ended up going to the Dominican republic which was horrible horrible

Thanks for sharing your cruise with us.

What exactly did you think the cruiseline was going to do for you? The itinerary is not set in stone, due to weather and other issues. If they would have known in advance of sailing they would have notified you.

Cruise ships frequently have to change itineraries due to weather conditions also. No fault of the cruise line. It wasn't the cruise lines fault your children made a choice to travel.
