Review summary

I think the only thing I would suggest is to update the app to better define the activities, show and food descriptions.

Embarkation

Fast and easy!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The specialty restaurants were wonderful! Loved the Hibachi Grill and Butchers Cut. Pan Asian wasn’t really my style but still good. The food at both the buffets and in the main dining room was hot, fresh and tasty! Great service at the tables as well getting sodas and drinks.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Loved the pools, however I don’t think people should be allowed to leave towels on chairs to save them. A lot of times they never showed up, hate when people do that. Loved the sports bar, the art museum and the water slides. So much fun!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Great onboard activities both during the day and at night when at sea. The staff really made things a lot of fun and have a great ability to get people involved, whether that was games on the deck to Name That Tune at night. So much fun!

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Never met our steward and she did at one point take our pool towels without replacing them, which we would have been charged for. I had to call the front to get them replaced. We did have a problem the first few days with our wrist badges working (in place of the key card) but it was fixed quickly. They also put my charges on my shipmates account on accident, but again it was fixed quickly once I notified them.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It’s a beautiful ship! Can’t say enough about the space, the gorgeous staircase, the art gallery, floors, and the constant cleaning that goes on.

Cabin / Stateroom

Would liked to have had more storage space but overall the cabin was fantastic!

Ship tip

Take your time, walk around and get to know the ship. Get the drink package as it’s worth it and check the daily events first thing in the morning to know where you want to be and when.

Ports of call

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Loved the Martha Stewart tour and I want to go back and explore the city more.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Downtown was beautiful, great places right by the port as well. Go to the Sushi restaurant right at port, it was amazing!

Nassau, Bahamas

Visited the island of Atlantis. Wonderful but expensive in the resort. Cabs are easy to find and great price. The city is beautiful!

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

5 out of 5
The island is gorgeous, so much space and lots of chairs at the various beaches. The food was good however the wait in line was about 30 mins, and the soda fountain and beer fountain were both not working. However they did a great job of compensating by having staff there filling cups as quickly as possible.

Disembarkation

Lots of confusion getting off the ship and trying to get a shuttle to the airport. I finally got it figured out but I was initially in line to catch a shuttle and one woman sent me way down to another bus that was for a private charter so I had to go back and get in line. I was frustrated about that. Getting off the ship using self assist was easy and quick however.
