MSC 's biggest problem is technology...internet that does not work, apps that work inconsistently, and just general glitches in their software causing confusion. Next big problem is management, or the lack of....no excuses for cold food, running out of food , or beverages, untrained staff, and staff that does not understand English when the ship is homeported in the USA.

A mixed bag here, main dining room dinners were good, breakfast not so good. Marketplace buffet was poor, Biscayne Bay a little better. Food was usually luke warm and picked over in both. Bars...long lines for weak drinks. Waiter and waitress service was mediocre at best, Bar tenders did their best to ignore you. Lots of cultural and language misunderstanding from staff that were not used to Americans, their habits and many of the staff spoke broken English and Spanish, and could not understand requests or questions

Horrible !!! What activities? 6 hour a day dance lessons on pool deck? Pook deck area shut down at 9pm along with bars, and buffets

Again a mixed bag...room steward was excellent, Some waiters were very good....others should be washing pots in the kitchen. Same with the bartenders. Customer service was terrible, long lines and a run around,

Mixed review, unfortunately I think that those who can change things for the better either won't or will take a really long time to address the elephant in the room. Thank you for your review.
Appreciate your very detailed feedback. So often negative reviews just say it was bad, and nothing more. I understand the want to be a stowaway, but look at the problems it causes and they will be banned now. Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations.
But —- if you want to pay double - go to. RCL. Or any other. MSC. Had the best deals. Plus. We cruise Nov and Dec. Awesome time
