This is my first and last time cruising with MSC! The staff, I was not impressed. Service overall was extremely disappointing!

Mediocre burgers, hotdogs & pizza for days now! The buffet menu stays the same from what we’ve seen.. Who wants to eat the exact same things for 4 days?!?! And as much crap as we’ve been through since being onboard, why would I pay over $100 per person for specialty dining?!

You have to PAY FOR EVERYTHING!! After spending over $1000 for our room & $840 to upgrade to a better room, we should have at least been able to enjoy the bowling alley and ect for free! Yes, I spent over 2 grand (for 2 people only) to still have to pay for almost everything we wanted to do on the boat! That’s ridiculous!

You’re only able to see a show by reservation, AND can ONLY see that particular show ONCE!!!! Wow! It just keeps getting worse! Carnival, Norwegian or Royal Caribbean don’t have crazy restrictions like this! Never again!

Rude! Not knowledgeable about anything on the ship. I got better answers from other cruisers who went through the exact same terrible situations. Internet packages are garbage! For $119.96 I expect it to actually WORK!

Stained headboard in room, clumps of hair in the drains on the balcony with whirlpool. For this to be a fairly new ship since 2017, I couldn’t tell! Outdated!

My wife had to clean the whirlpool herself! Thank God we bought along a bottle of 90% alcohol. Headboard had stains, that I’ve fought hard to not think about because that’s just disgusting! Water stained carpets, clumps of hair in drain on whirlpool balcony, hair in bathroom after it’s “allegedly” was cleaned just unkept.

SAVE YOUR MONEY, THIS CRUISE LINE IS NOT WORTH IT!
Going on this ship in 50 days. We got a great deal for the yacht club (about the same as what you paid). We'll see how different it is in the yacht club. I have seen a lot of negative reviews for msc. I'll post a review after we sail.
