Use your shipboard app to book the shows in the main theatre early in the morning each day. They fill up fast. (While we didn't always do this and by the time I remembered all seats were filled, we still had no trouble getting in as some people book then never show up.) But better to be safe if you really want to see a show in the Madison Theatre. The Tepanyaki Specialty restaurant was a lot of fun and the food was great..

I would suggest staying in the Yacht Club. No lines for anything. Great food. You will be treated like royals. It will cost a little more but so worth it. but so well worth the price.

The elevators are crowded, so give yourself ample time. They seemed to very full compared to other MSC cruises. Their capacity is supposed to be 21 people, but they must mean "European" sizes, not large Americans. You would be hard pressed to get more than a dozen in these elevators.

Do not book on board. They will steal your money. I booked on board and tried to change something with my agent, per MSC instruction, and they could not. I cancelled the trip 128 days out and MSC has yet to refund my deposit, Also overpaid the gratuities and that was not refunded either. I will not cruise with them again.

Elevators were extremely slow and confussing to begin with due to the touchpanel system and no floor selection buttons inside the elevator. Be sure to download and USE the MSC for Me app!

The Butcher cut was amazing, steaks cooked to perfection, and all that went with it was fabulous. Service also was top notch. Personally not a fan of the Teppanyaki, food was great! But it’s just too load not our favorite restaurant on any ship. Open mind.
