Review summary

Absolutely awful and will not sail on MSC Seashore again.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
It was ok, lines moved as quickly as they could.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Buffet was the same each day, some drink machines were not working. Free Ice cream was only served between 12pm to 5pm which if you planned on being off the ship you would miss out on the free ice cream.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
On board activities were limited, the weather was cold which made the pool area/hot tube unenjoyable.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The ship entertainment was not enjoyable, it was performances done by what I thought were karaoke singers at best. Literally walked out of the stage performance that was intended to represent the 90's entertainment.

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
Our kids thought the kids club was "alright" but it was limited to 8:30pm until 12am. The out door sports arena did not have any basketballs, the in door ping pong table area closed at 6pm.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Absolutely awful, customer service was awful from start to finish. Staff was rude at the customer desk as well as unknowledgeable about products and services the ship was providing. Staff members were cleaning the drink area while you were still trying to get your drink. The would literally cut in front of you and make you wait until they were done. I even saw a staff member drop the clean cups on the floor and place them back on the shelf with the rest of the clean cups. The only staff member that made my family and I feel welcomed was Cherry Gil. Thank you Cherry.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship is nice, the elevators became a issue because it took way to long for the elevators to get to you.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The size was okay, I had a family of four in the room. I would suggest a protective cover over the bunk bed metal bars. My son hit his head on the bar, it caused pain but he did not get cut.

Ship tip

Try to get your money back, and book a different cruise line.

Disembarkation

Extremely long line and stopped to tell me I had a outstanding balance of a room service charge for my two children. Claim they were not charged, but my wife and I was charged.
