Yacht Club is all about service, escorted easy on....easy off at any port, restaurant or show. Private pool, lounge, grill & restaurant. Everything a cruise should be.

Overall, it was a nice cruise. We’ll definitely cruise MSC again.

Overal this was a pleasant cruise, much better than our NCL Epic expereience (5,400+ passengers). Will most likely use MSC again in the furture, just not one of the new Mega Ships.

I think other cruise lines do a better job. MSC has some work to do to catch up to other cruise lines.

We've been on 14 cruises, this is the first on MSC. I have to say somewhat disappointing overall and would probably not use them again. No comedy shows and limiting seating in some music venues made it less enjoyable. We paid extra for the Aurea experience, which gave us a less crowded dining room but with no windows. We also had a separate outdoor lounge area but the loungers were awkward and not very confortable.

As a seasoned veteran cruiser I felt that many items left much too desired. Cabin service, Main Dining food, Entertainment and too many days at sea.

Overall, for our first cruise we were happy. They ship is beautiful. We will definitely do another cruise on a different line to compare

We loved our room, the ship, our dining room and some of the bars, but MSC really needs to change a few things, like the muster drill, staffing and open hours in the Marketplace, serve real eggs vs powered, run things on time (and state the correct activity) for daily activities. We will only sail on MSC again if we get a good deal, not unless we hear they correct some things and then we will sail much more.

We had a wonderful 7-day cruise on the MSC Seascape. Overall, the ship was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. All service providers (dining, bar, room, guest, etc.) were exceptionally polite and friendly. And there was plenty of staff to meet our needs each day. We may consider a longer trip in the future.

I don't plan on taking this cruise line again. It was one issue after another.

This was our second cruise with MSC. We had a terrible experience (and totally different from the first time). It seemed a totally different company. Crew was not trained to serve customers. They seemed very unhappy and were not courteous at all with us, especially the servers from buffet to bars and specially at the restaurant. Overall crew seemed very unhappy, and they were always rude when asked questions.

We read so many reviews about the ship negative and positive so we went with an open mind, and it ended up being very positive.

Our waiters and room cleaning staff were so wonderful, we could not have asked for any better

This is a great getaway and I would do it again but I would only book a Yacht Club room because of all the extras that make traveling easier.

Overall we are very happy and satisfied with this cruise. The personnel are friendly and helpful. The buffets are a little disappointed with similar food selections for the entire cruise.

Nice ship but MDR service was very bad. Excursion crew were not helpful when asked for suggestions on excursions for elderly with mobility issues.

My husband and I went on our first cruise with MSC in October of 2022. We have been on for cruises since then, all on MSC. We have nothing but good things to say about all our cruises. Keep up the good work. MSC.

I will never ever more cruise with MSC. It is a waste of time and money.
