As a seasoned veteran cruiser I felt that many items left much too desired. Cabin service, Main Dining food, Entertainment and too many days at sea.

Buffets were very good. Main dining room was below average based upon my previous cruising experiences.

Fitness Center was relatively small. The Matt’s should be replaced with much thicker Matt’s.

Stage shows were average. Musicians average with duo’s trying to perform songs that were not quite up to par. One group of 4 male musicians were the exception. Excellent.
Service and Staff

All was well except I had 3 room stewards with two out of three fail to give me an orientation session thereby no cleaning or replaced linens the first 6 days. Otherwise staff was Great!
Ship Quality

Excellently maintained. However, going to the 5th floor was a lost cause . After the elevator, after confusion, a staff had us go all the way to the back of the ship for service area.
Cabin / Stateroom

Comfort & Size was fine. Cabin was clean after 6 days.
Ship tip
Be aware that the Italians do it much differently than other cruise lines.
I don't think I'm agreed with that Review I know they aren't perfect no cruise it is but MSC yes they need to correct issues and they re doing it but is Hardly believe this review
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by orientation and three room stewards and the room wasn't clean until day 6 they're a good and bad reviews for Royal Caribbean carnival celebrity Disney and also MSC but your cruise is what you make it
You're right, it's an Italian cruise line and very much different. But overall I like MSC for the international passengers and only on their cruises outside the USA and Caribbean. Thanks for your review.
