Everything was excellent love how they are always cleaning

We had an ok time but the entertainment didn’t meet our expectation. The food was ok but better on other cruise lines.

Everything was great I’ll give it 9/10 coz of the brunch time take forever to be service and the room noise was too much to handle.

We are frequent cruisers, over 100 taken that being said we were hesitant to book MSC but had a close friend took one convinced us to take our first cruise with MSC we are now hooked, been on two and have two more booked. Status match is a big plus went straight to gold. Give them a try and I bet you’ll be hooked also. 🚢🛳️ cruise happy !!! 😆

It was the worst one we have been on! Carnival was better! The casino was hot as hell! The dining area was hot! Elevators were horrible! I would not recommend this ship to anyone!

I TOOK MY 9 YR OLD ON THIS CRUISE AND WE HAD THE BEST TIME. THE NIGHT PARTY'S ARE A BLAST. THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS PRETTY COOL TOO. WE ATE 1 TIME AT THE FANCY DINNER BC THE BUFFET WAS REALLY GOOD. MY DAUGHTER TRIED THINGS SHE NEVER WOULD OF AT HOME AND LOVED EVRYTHING WE ATE. BUT WHAT SOLD ME TO COME BACK WAS THE STAFF. I HAD A INCIDENT WHERE THE KIDS JUNGLE WAS CLOSED AND MY DAUGHTER COULDN'T FIND ME. SHE KNEW EXACLY WHAT TO DO BC WE WENT OVER IT. I TOLD HER TO FIND A SERVER OR LIFEGAURD AND TELL THEM YOU CAN'T FIND YOUR MOM. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF HER. TOOK HER STRAIGHT TO THE KIDS CLUB WHICH SHE HAD BEEN THE NIGHT BEFORE. ONCE I REALIZED THE KIDS JUNGLE WAS CLOSED, I STARTED TO HAVE A PANIC ATTACK. I WENT TO A SERVER AND THEY INSTRUCTED ME TO GO TO GUEST RELATIONS AND THEY WILL KNOW WHERE SHE IS. WE WORE WRIST BANDS THE WHOLE TIME. I COULDN'T EVEN GET THE WORDS OUT ONCE I GOT THERE BC I WAS CRYING HYSTERICALLY. THAT WAS MY WORST FEAR. THEY SCANNED MY WRIST BAND AND TOLD ME SHE WAS IN THE KIDS CLUB SAFE. I CRYIED THE WHOLE WAY THERE IN THE ELEVATOR. I'M GETTING TEARY EYED THINKING ABOUT ALL THIS NOW. WHEN I GOT THERE OF COURSE I WAS A HOT MESS BUT SHE WAS IN THERE DANCING AT A KIDS DANCE PARTY HAVING THE TIME OF HER LIFE. I COULDN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH FROM THE SERVER TO THE GUY AT GUEST RELATIONS TO THE KIDS CLUB PEOPLE. I WENT BACK ONCE I HAD HER IN MY ARMS AND HUGGED EACH ONE OF THEM. THEY MADE A POTENTIAL BAD EXPERIENCE INTO A GREAT ONE. I WILL FOREVER BE GREATFUL AND THANKFUL THAT THEY HAD THIS POLICY IN PLACE. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE

This was a special cruise with my wife and my 3 Adult daughters. We are all getting older so I wanted us to have this cruise together to be together as the original 5 of our now very large family.We very much enjoyed our cruise on the MSC Seashore

This was our first time cruising on MSC .. and prior to booking I check reviews and they were mixed so we decided to give it a shot ..bottom line MSC is a great value for the money PROS - the ship Cabin accommodations Cons - the upgraded “ Aurea “ experience is not a good value - the buffet area is huge, the food was very good and had plenty of variety but not quite on par with other cruise lines with all the specialty shops

There were three of us on the ship of this company from 06/16/24 to 06/20/24. This was our first trip. We watched a lot about travel on YouTube and finally got together. Everything is fine, but some unpleasant surprises still happened. The ship is good, new. The cabins are comfortable The food is delicious, there are no queues. But there are also disadvantages 1. Internet paid $34 per day The child did not know and accidentally connected the paid Internet, we immediately went to the reception to have it turned off, where they told us that everything was fine, the money would not be debited from you. Eventually!!! The Internet stopped and the money was written off within a day. (don't trust the staff) 2. We were also included in a service fee of $64 for 3 people, which is not mentioned anywhere. 3. Any, even low-alcohol drinks, are paid. Some alcoholic cocktails are not even possible to try, some kind of jelly. 4. There is no feedback where you can write a request. Next time we will use a different company.

My first cruise & it was spectacular! Will cruise with MSC again!! I have nothing negative to say about this cruise. I generally have a problem with motion sickness but had NO issues on this ship.

The ship is beautiful, perhaps the nicest room we've had. The YC experience was awesome. The individual treatment was above and beyond anything we've had before. The weather was not great, rained a lot and very humid. We typically do not cruise Bahamas in June, and we won't do that again.

Great cruise. Highly recommend MSC. Ocean Cay is the best, I could probably take a 7 night cruise that never leaves Ocean Cay. Great snorkeling.

We tried and that was enough for us! Will not be sailing on another MSC ship again.

We really enjoyed this cruise, especially for the value. This was basically a "fun and sun couples cruise" for us and we had very light expectations outside of enjoying ourselves. I was hoping for some snorkeling and pina coladas, and my husband was looking forward to trying some mocktails and exploring the island. We got exactly what we hoped for. The weather was perfect, the staff was incredible, we enjoyed the food and drinks, and simply can't believe what we got for our money. We booked one of the specials that included the Easy Plus drink package and wi-fi for each of us to use on one device. My husband does not drink, but truly enjoyed trying all the non-alcoholic options. Not a single time did they mix up our drinks, which was something I watched for. He was happy to find that they offered sugar free red bull, and I was impressed how easy it was to get waters to carry around with you. We spent a lot of time outside and/or by the water, so didn't really do the shows or casino. For anyone with kids, this ship has a really nice water park/play area and the ship was very good at being kid-friendly as well as adult-friendly (areas truly separated). The area for the kiddos at the buffet made us both smile. And the waterslides looked like so much fun! Overall, we would highly recommend this cruise for anyone that is looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and engaging getaway.

We tried MSC for the first time last May on the Seaside and loved it. So we decided on Seashore and glad we did. Beautiful ships, and you can't beat the overall value for your money.

Ship was nice,,,dining room was just ok. The waiters we had were excellent, Reymond Cayanan & Denniele Layague,,,our floor 15 had an odor, not sure what it was. We did see some mold outside of the bathroom door. . !
