The theater and the Latin music were excellent. The Latin Duo sang a food variety of songs and the dance floor was animated during their performances.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our cabin steward, Aaron, was excellent. He was very courteous, efficient and friendly. Our table waiter, Paulo Pintor and his assistant from South Africa, whose name I did not write down, were absolutely the best. They deserve the highest praise. For that matter, the Maitre and assistant Maitre, were also great. They greeted us each night and always made sure we always had what we needed. One other waiter, Alberto de Abreu, who was not our waiter, but also always greeted us and was most friendly. One of the restroom attendants, Saraia (spelling?) from Honduras, is a treasure. She was always ready to help people with anything, especially those with any sort of disability. She was so polite and always smiling. She was the type of person who shows MSC cares. And, lastly, a Brazilian, Inez, whom we ran into a couple of times, including during our disembarkation. Always smiling and friendly. Charming.

Ship Quality

Very good

Cabin / Stateroom

Wish the rooms were a bit larger, but so be it. Our cabin steward, Aaron, always made sure it clean and made up.

Ship tip

That it has some of the nicest and friendliest staff of all the cruiselines.

Left the ship a little later than originally programmed, about 20-25 minutes or so, but otherwise everything went smoothly and quickly.
