Overall the itienary was great. The ship itself was absolutely gorgeous and she is well designed. Cabins are great. However, MSC as a cruise line is definetly a budget one, and the crew tried to condition you into buying anything they threw at you.

Food is decent at best. it won't rock your world, but it will be plentiful enough and the quality is manageable. However, the deal with the drinks was an odd one, please tell me your encounters: they were really bummed that we hadn't bought a drinks package. Through the cruise, the crew serving in bars would ask if we had one, and when we said no, they'd constantly roll their eyes and sigh at us at every opportunity they got. it was bizarre and that is what we mostly remember of the crew. Not a good look.
Onboard Activities

There's tons to do, but due to the pandemic you're not allowed to do things at your leisure. Everything has to be scheduled, which took away from the experience.

As mentioned before, the crew was weird onboard. They were really pushing the limits of a bazar marketplace, that's how much they were trying to sell stuff to us. Way more than on other cruise lines.

Beautiful ship, well designed except for the elevators. They're "smart" elevators, but work way worse than on other ships we've been on.
