Seashore Msc They charge you extra stuff on your credit card without even knowing also they’re very rude the food is not good at all Had the worst experience on this cruise line it was two people out of the whole cruise line that were nice but that’s about it Thought I’d give this cruise line a chance cause I seen all the reviews and it is true what they saying it’s not a good cruise line they are not organized at all now when you ask somebody where’s this place that they’re like we don’t know but if you guys wanna find out on your own make sure you keep on checking on your bill because they do charge you for all kinds of extra stuff

Special mention to all crew member in all boat, always is important to thank the Captain and his crew for a very nice and professional navigation, special in some bad winds condition at the beginning of the cruise. We always was secure and a very pleasant navigation.

MSC Seashore - Family Cruise 2022 by preffitt

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: MSC Seashore

We booked this cruise after we got off the MSC Meraviglia, on its second sailing out of Miami in August ‘21. We were upgraded from an Aurea 2 bedroom Grand Suite to two Yacht Club Deluxe Grand Suites. Not sure we can sail any other way ever again. The Yacht Club experience was definitely elevated. Our MSC Seashore cruise was amazing and we made some beautiful memories. The staff in the Yacht Club and beyond deliver red and we appreciated everything they did.

Lovely ship, great itinerary, food and activities just okay by LisaKitty

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: MSC Seashore

It was a good cruise, but nowhere near my favorite. I will likely not cruise MSC again until I need to renew my (status matched) Diamond status, or if I get a really good deal on a cruise.

MSC Seashore - First Experience with MSC by BobaLou

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seashore / Destination: Caribbean - Eastern

Bottom line, despite the beautiful ship and the friendly staff, I won’t be rushing back to an MSC ship anytime soon. While the ship and staff are important parts of the overall cruise experience, the food is a major component as well and this part of the experience was unacceptable.

Great Eastern Caribbean Getaway by AntAndAng

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: MSC Seashore / Destination: Caribbean - Eastern

MSC is definitely a cruise line that everyone must try at least once. I love their ships, itineraries, & prices. They have the best loyalty program. I believe they have the best pizza, pasta, chocolate, & desserts at sea. I don't drink alcohol, but I do enjoy mocktails & they are great at making them.

Great by Rebeccamedrano

Ship: MSC Seashore / Destination: Caribbean - Western

First time traveling with MSC, very displeased. Food, less than acceptable. Birthday celebration in main dining was out of control! Need to tone it down, respect all patrons children, babies older adults and patrons with hearing problems.banging pots and lids unacceptable.

Gorgeous cruise, excellent ports, and family friendly! by yrodriguez7

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seashore

We stopped at San Juan, St. Thomas, Puerto Plata, & Ocean Cay (MSC’s gorgeous private island)! We LOVED each stop a lot! San Juan is very nice and we walked around a lot and took some fantastic pictures (especially perfect for sunset). We visited Megen beach in St. Thomas (only $16 round trip for taxi + $5 entrance) and completely worth it! The beach is beautiful and super clear! I was completely impressed with the cruise port in Puerto Plata! It looked like a resort with a large pool and beach area with comfortable lounge chairs and shopping areas as well as restaurants and bars. The area was free to walk into as well so no excursion needed if not available to enjoy this area! The last port was Ocean Cay and this is a must see island for all. It is absolutely breathtaking! The beaches around the island are unbelievably stunning!!!

Beautiful ship and a fab cruise by mrworldwide88

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seashore

Fantastic new ship however staff were frustrating at times possibly because of covid staffing levels. Entertainment fab but didn't see cruise director at all apart from at the shows. Ocean Cay late docking would have been nice to have been informed only 1 food outlet would be open on island so we could have eaten on ship. Lots of Europeans smoking wherever they wanted to on the ship and not being enforced by staff

Great first-ever cruise! by Echelon

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: MSC Seashore / Destination: Caribbean - Eastern

This was a really amazing 14-day cruise (Western then Eastern Caribbean). First time cruiser, doing it solo. It's hard to include everything memorable here, but some highlights - Happy I didn't bid to upgrade cabins before hand and instead waited until on board; moved from YC interior to YC balcony for $39/night - Had to make a few calls to customer service prior to the trip, but it wasn't bad - Onboard staff and entertainers were all amazing - I loved the variety in the thermal spa and used it often - I do wish there were more shaded areas on the top deck - Butcher's Cut is unbelievable. - Do wish there was an Italian specialty restaurant on board - Yay for ping pong tournaments. They were all great and well attended. - Excursions were good; only went with MSC offerings since this was my first time - Met some great people at meet-ups and hung out with many throughout the trip - It's hard to be more complimentary of the Butler and 2nd Butler. They were truly outstanding - Loved being on a ship with so few Americans. It was great interacting with people from all over the world. The only real entitlement/attitude I witnessed were from Americans. Everyone else took challenges in stride.

14 day cruise by Cruisinduo13

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seashore

I dont think I will travel MSC again unless it is an absolute amazing deal and they are going to ports I have never been to. The communication could have been better about us having to take another covid test mid cruise due to is traveling for 14 days and we had to disembark and embark again. None of which was a hige problem but think it should jave been communicated when booking the cruise

Beautiful ship and great Islands by chriskolb

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)

Loved this cruise itinerary and loved the ship. MSC is a great cruise line but the customer service prior to getting on the ship is awful. Highly recommend you use a Travel Agent to make your life easier.

Pleasantly surprised and will book again by dtracy1098

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: MSC Seashore

Had medium expectations for MSC after reading reviews. Was very pleasantly surprised that they exceeded my expectations and went the extra mile that are more consistent the “domestic” cruise lines. Having cruised the big lines, I can honestly say that MSC is on the top of my list now. The ship is gorgeous, new, and functional. The layout is smooth and the design of the ship itself is better than the other lines I have cruised on. The excursions weren’t the best but that isn’t really MSC’s fault. The staff went above and beyond to make this cruise special for me and my family.

Fun for all by frodo63

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: MSC Seashore / Destination: Caribbean - Eastern

All and all, I really enjoyed the cruise and chalked up any problems to supply chain issues or manpower issues which I anticipate will be less of a problem in the future. If you can afford it, the Yacht club makes for a superior experience. There was so much to do, we did not get to participate in everything we wanted to do. We have booked our next cruise while on board.
