It was a beautiful ship, and I loved that the pool areas did not blast loud music or shows and were very enjoyable. The adult pool was wonderful, and the shows were amazing with very talented performers. Unfortunately there were no casual dining options other than the buffet, and it always seemed to have long lines and the seating was limited. All of the staff I encountered were amazing, but it just felt too crowded, however, it is the terrible set up for luggage retrieval at the Miami port after debarkation that might put me off MSC again.
Embarkation

We came at appointed time and lines were still very long and slow moving.

Food and Dining

The specialty restaurants were wonderful, but the buffet at mealtimes was always crowded and had long lines. When it would start to ease up, stations would close and so the congestion situation continued.

Cabin / Stateroom

The regular balcony cabin was typically small, but had a couch and lots of shelves, and drawers, and hangers that you can remove from the closet which makes it easier to unpack! Bathrooms are very small and the shower shape is a bit awkward (larger people probably can't fit in it). Half of the balcony in this cabin was obstructed by solid metal piece (instead of clear), that I think is part of the ships design. It was clean very clean and had a fridge/minibar. for one person it was great, and I think 2 could manage well, but not more.
Ship tip
Be prepared for people on the buffet lines ordering food for multiple people in their group, and kids cutting in and out grabbing things. My cruise had over 1,000 kids on it! Other than main dining room, there are no casual food options.
The worst I have ever experienced. All luggage tags are the same color, and the Luggage is placed on 3 huge carousels like an airport, except there are thousands of people looking for their luggage, and if it's on the wrong carousel it is impossible to find unless you are prepared to wait for hours and hours. I had to chose between finding my bag or catching my flight. I chose to catch my flight. My ransacked damaged luggage with missing items was shipped to me (at my expense $117) three weeks later, and I was happy they found it. Do self-assist!!!!!!!
